Cabins (Sleeps 6/Pet Friendly/With Bath)
These deluxe log cabins, Dawson and Alyeska, sleep 6 people and include 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom contains a pyramid bunk bed (twin over full). Bed and bath linens are not included. We recommend that guests bring their own bedding and towels.
No smoking in these cabins, please.
Cabins (Sleeps 6/Pet Friendly/Without Bath)
The deluxe log cabins sleep 6 people and include 2 bedrooms. Choose from the Denali or Klondike that feature pyramid bunks (twin over full) in each bedroom or the Aurora which has a pyramid bunk (twin over full) in one bedroom and a full bed in the other. Although these rentals do not include a bath they are conveniently located near the bath/shower house. Bed and bath linens are not included. We recommend that guests bring their own bedding and towels.

Container Home - Barrett (Sleeps 2/No Pets)
Fiercely protective of his friends and family, Barrett is strong, thoughtful, and courageous. He enjoys hiking and going off the beaten path both in life and in his travels. Though he can be hardheaded in some aspects of life, those closest to Barrent know he makes decisions with his heart and is a real softie when it comes to his family (including his dog). Barrett is extremely intelligent in introspective, which has teated him will in life, specifically when he takes the road less traveled. He believes there is always something to learn, and his natural curiosity has served him will in his travels, explorations, and relationships. Barrett welcomes challenges in his life and views them as an opportunity to grow. His courage knows no bounds and many turn to him when they need inspiration or a reminder of their own strength.
Container Home - Brooks (Sleeps 4/No Pets)
From kayaking, canoeing, and swimming, to the adventurous rafting and wakeboarding, a day out on the water is a day well spent for Brooks. His love affair with water sports began as soon as he started taking swim lessons and shortly thereafter began begging to go to the pool and water parks every day, even in the rain. He kicks off each day with a swim to wake himself up and start the day off on the right foot. Brooks is a goal setter and is likely training for his next big race, and his ambitions have taken him far in life. He is a determined leader who knows how to motivate his team and bring people from all walks of life together. Brooks' demeanor has a quiet confidence, making him both trustworthy and easy to be around. When he's not out on the water, he's likely playing intramural sports with his friends, or planning his next trip to coincide with a race.
Container Home - Sienna (Sleeps 4/No Pets)
A bit of a night owl, Sienna comes alive as the sun begins to set. She has a bright personality and a warm demeanor, making everyone she comes across feel seen and heard. She has a penchant for color and design, and incorporates this into both her wardrobe and her home, as well as her friends? through giving them little gifts and decorative items for their own spaces. Her favorite time of day is dusk, and in the summertime, she makes it a habit to watch the sun set, and the fireflies come out to light up the sky. To Sienna, dusk marks the end of the work day and the beginning of her time to live life on her own terms. As soon as the sun is set and the stars are out, you can often find her putting a record on her old record player, flipping through design books and websites, and rearranging furniture in her home.
Container Home - Sylvan (Sleeps/No Pets)
Experience the outdoors in an adventurous new way! Our Sylvan container home is fully furnished and ready with all the necessities you need. The cozy bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, and the living room/dining room area includes a sleeper sofa plus two bar stools at the kitchen counter. In the galley kitchen is a mid-size refrigerator, 2 burner stove top, and microwave. The full bath offers a standup shower. The home features an expansive deck that includes a picnic table.
For the comfort and consideration of all guests, smoking and pets is not permitted in these rentals. However, we do make exceptions for service animals, and one may have previously stayed in this rental.
All our container homes are special with their own unique personality, and Sylvan is no different. He is stoic and loyal. He can be called on in a moment's notice and not just arrive but truly show up in every sense of the word. Sylvan is patient and grounded, which serves him well, allowing him to turn his woodworking and carpentry hobby into a full-time job. Sylvan prides himself on staying connected with nature through regular hikes and familiarizing himself with the various species of wood he's working with. He strives to give a second life to the trees and turns them into pieces and fixtures that will live on for centuries to come. Sylvan is steadfast in his passion for the great outdoors and aims to respect nature through the food he eats and the lifestyle he lives. His goal in life is to limit his footprint while he forges his own path, and to breathe in as much fresh air as he can each day.
Container Home - Wren (Sleeps 4/Pet Friendly)
Wren is a true songbird, always singing her favorite song or making one up as she goes about her day. Her friends and family often let her know she's humming out loud before she's even realized she's doing it. Aside from singing, Wren has a love for flowers and the outdoors. She is constantly trying to figure out ways to bring the outdoors in. Taking full advantage of the natural light in her home, Wren fills shelves and nooks with her favorite plants, nurturing them and helping them thrive, and always keeps a centerpiece of fresh flowers on her kitchen table. Her maternal instincts are seond to none and she forever knows just the right thing to say, whether someone needs a judgement-free listening ear or a touch of tough love. She is a busy body and chooses movement over stillness, flitting from one responsibility to the next, filling her calendar with friend catch ups, volunteering opportunities, or gardening.
Cottage - Deluxe (Sleeps 6/No Pets)
Our deluxe cottages, Kodiak, Oaks, Gold Nugget, and Hardwoods, have a covered screened in porch. Each includes 2 bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other with a pyramid bunk bed (twin over full). The large kitchen has all the comforts of home including a full-size refrigerator, stove with oven and microwave, coffee maker and toaster. In addition to a pull-out sofa, the living/dining room includes table that seats 4. Full bath include a shower/tub.

Cottage - Deluxe Loft (Sleeps 6/No Pets)
Completely furnished, our Black Bear Den and Moose Lodge cottages include all linens, full kitchen, dishwasher, all appliances, all amenities and a loft (bring sleeping bags/air mattress). In the master bedroom is a queen-size bed. In addition to a sleeper sofa, the living room/ dining room includes a table that seats 4. The large kitchen has a full size refrigerator, stove with oven,
dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. The full size bath has a tub/shower combo. Outside the porch/deck extends the living space to the picnic table & fire pit.

Policies and General Information
Check-in/Check-out
- Check-in: 3 p.m.
- Check-out: 11 a.m.
- Welcome center: Mon - Saturday 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. ; Closed Sunday.
- Minimum check-in age is 21.
- Guests aged 17 years and under at the time of check-in are considered children.
- All guests and visitors must check-in and check-out at the MilePost.
- Do not go to your site without first checking in and obtaining parking passes or guest permits.
- Please display parking passes on the rearview mirror of your vehicle.
- Two-hour early check-in for your reservation may be available for $30. Please contact the management office, in advance of your arrival, to inquire about availability.

Pet Policy
- Leashed pets are welcome throughout the resort except in some rentals.
- Pet policy for rental accommodations: Pets are welcome. For those who camp with pets, there is a pet fee of $10 per pet per night for our pet-friendly rental units. The fee may vary at select properties. Service animals are not pets. The Company complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and state/local laws regarding service animals. Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal. Guests traveling with a service animal will not be charged a pet fee. Charges may be incurred, however, should a service animal damage the rental unit.
Reservation & Payment Policies
- For late arrival arrangements, please contact our Reservation Department at (608) 666-3261.
- Your credit card will be charged Itinerary Total prior to arrival, and must be paid in full at the time of the reservation.
- By using a credit card for a deposit, guarantee or payment, you authorize MHC Property Management L.P. to charge any expenses incurred during your stay to that credit card or apply funds you have on deposit with MHC Property Management L.P. against what you owe.
- Prices and sites are subject to availability.
- The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals.
- Rates include 2 adults and up to 4 children. Additional charges may apply for more than 2 adults, additional vehicles, and tents.
- Maximum of 6 people per site.
- RV sites and lodging typically accommodate four guests. A guest fee is added per day to the reservation rate for each additional guest over four.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued for early check-out.
- RV campsites: For stays 1 to 27 days, we allow full refunds for cancellations up to 2 days prior to your arrival date.
- Rental accommodations: For stays 1 to 27 days, we allow full refunds for cancellations 7 days prior to your arrival date. For guests booking a stay in a rental accommodation located in California of 30 or fewer consecutive days, a full refund will be given for reservations cancelled within 24 hours of booking provided the reservation’s arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.
- Long-term or seasonal stays: For stays 28 days to 179 days at an RV campsite or in a rental accommodation, if you cancel or change your reservation up to and including 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will issue a refund for the amounts paid by you. If you cancel your reservation and provide less than the required 45 days’ notice, you will forfeit your deposit amount. For guests booking a long-term or seasonal reservation in a rental accommodation in California (31 days to 179 days), if you cancel or change your reservation up to and including 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will issue a refund for the amounts paid by you. If you cancel your reservation and provide less than the required notice, you forfeit your deposit amount.

- Only certified wood is allowed in the campground. No exceptions. For your convenience, wood is available for sale at Yukon Trails.
