We offer tons of fun activities planned day after day! Love to fish? Partridge Lake boasts 990 acres of shallow reedy water - a favorite hiding place for large schools of bluegill, perch, largemouth and smallmouth bass, northern pike, catfish, and walleye.

Cabin - Rustic (Sleeps 4/Pet Friendly)
Our rustic cabins are a great choice if you want to camp out but don't have your own equipment. Cabins have electricity, a double bed, two twin beds, a mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot. Outside is a porch, picnic table, and fire ring (bring your own grate). No bathroom. Bring your own linens.
Add a small tent (up to four people) outside for an additional fee.
Cabin - with Loft (Sleeps 6/Pet Friendly)
The rustic loft cabins include a double bed and a bunk in the main area along with 2 twin mattresses in the loft. They are heated and air-conditioned. Linens not provided. Outside, a covered porch, fire ring (bring your own grate), and picnic table extends the living space to the outdoors.
Cottage (Sleeps 6/Pet Friendly)
These 2-room cottages have 2 pyramid-style bunk beds (double on bottom, single on top). They are heated, air-conditioned, and fully equipped. They include a dorm-sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot. Towels, linens, cookware, and cooking appliances not provided. Grates or cooking surface for the fire ring to be supplied by guest. A bathroom and shower are provided.
Park Model - No Porch (Sleeps 6/No Pets)
These park models have electric and water inside and feature a double bed in the bedroom, bunk beds in the sleeping alcove and a fold-out sleeper sofa. All linens are provided. The bathroom contains a shower with towels included. This cottage comes with an AC unit, ceiling fans, and has a flat screen TV. In the kitchenette is a gas stove with oven, microwave, full-sized refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, table and chairs, dishes, utensils, and limited pots and pans. Outside, the picnic table and fire pit extend the living space to the outdoors.
Please bring food, coffee supplies, and a cooking grate.

- Upon check in you may be asked to provide a valid ID, and a certificate of insurance and registration for your rig. Members should also have their membership card on hand.
- Minimum check in age is 21 years old.
- Early check-in and/or late check-out may be available for an additional fee per option. If interested in either option, contact the management office in advance of your arrival to inquire about availability.
After Hours Arrival
- For late arrival arrangements, please contact our Reservation Department at (877) 570-2267. No ranger is on duty after midnight.
Reservation & Payment Policies
- Your credit card will be charged Itinerary Total prior to arrival, up to a maximum deposit of $250. Any remaining balance will be due on arrival.
- By using a credit card for a deposit, guarantee or payment, you agree to the following: if I used a credit card for a deposit, guarantee or payment, I authorize MHC Property Management L.P. to charge any expenses incurred during my stay to that credit card or apply funds you have on deposit with MHC Property Management L.P. against what I owe.
- RV sites and lodging typically accommodate four guests. A guest fee is added per day to the reservation rate for each additional guest over four.
- Prices and site type are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policies
- In the case of multiple sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each site that is cancelled or changed.
- No refunds will be issued for early check-out.
- RV campsites: For stays 1 to 27 days, we allow full refunds for cancellations up to 2 days prior to your arrival date.
- Rental accommodations: For stays 1 to 27 days, we allow full refunds for cancellations 7 days prior to your arrival date. For guests booking a stay in a rental accommodation located in California of 30 or fewer consecutive days, a full refund will be given for reservations cancelled within 24 hours of booking provided the reservation’s arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.
- Long-term or seasonal stays: For stays 28 days to 179 days at an RV campsite or in a rental accommodation, if you cancel or change your reservation up to and including 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will issue a refund for the amounts paid by you. If you cancel your reservation and provide less than the required 45 days’ notice, you will forfeit your deposit amount. For guests booking a long-term or seasonal reservation in a rental accommodation in California (31 days to 179 days), if you cancel or change your reservation up to and including 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will issue a refund for the amounts paid by you. If you cancel your reservation and provide less than the required notice, you forfeit your deposit amount.
Pet Policy
- Pets are allowed.
- Pet policy for rental accommodations: Pets are welcome. For those who camp with pets, there is a pet fee of $10 per pet per night for our pet-friendly rental lodging. The fee may vary at select properties. Service animals are not pets. The Company complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and state/local laws regarding service animals. Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal. Guests traveling with a service animal will not be charged a pet fee. Charges may be incurred, however, should a service animal damage the rental.
