Cottage - 29' (Sleeps 6/Pet Friendly)
This comfortable rental has a queen size bed, a set of single bunks, and a full bath. In the living area is a dinette and hideaway couch. It sleeps 6. The cozy kitchenette offers all of the conveniences of home including a coffee maker, toaster, a full-sized refrigerator and stove with oven, cookware, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, microwave, and local channel TV. Internet is available for purchase. A picnic table and a fire pit to extend the living space to the outdoors. We ask that you bring your own linens, towels and blankets. Linens are not included.
No smoking in this rental, please. This is a pet friendly cabin.
Cottage - Porch (Sleeps 7/No Pets)
Beautiful tongue and groove walls provide a great Amish rustic feeling. Two bedrooms and one full bath. Master bedroom has a queen size bed. Second bedroom has bunk bed with double on the bottom and single on top. Living room has local channel TV and a sleeper sectional sofa. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, a full-sized refrigerator and stove with oven, cookware, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, and microwave. Internet is available for purchase. Porch has Adirondack chairs. Picnic table and fire ring as well. We ask that you bring your own linens, towels and blankets. Linens are not included.
No pets in this rental, please. No smoking in this rental, please. Although pets are not allowed in this rental, we do allow service animals and a service animal may have stayed in the cottage.

Check-in/Check-out
- Upon check-in you may be asked to provide a valid ID, and a certificate of insurance and registration for your camper. Members should also have their membership card on hand.
- Minimum check-in age is 21 years.

- Two-hour early check-in for your reservation may be available for $30. Please contact the management office, in advance of your arrival, to inquire about availability.

Pet Policy
- Pets are allowed.
- Pet policy for rental accommodations: Pets are welcome. For those who camp with pets, there is a pet fee of $10 per pet per night for our pet-friendly rental units. The fee may vary at select properties. Service animals are not pets. The Company complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and state/local laws regarding service animals. Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal. Guests traveling with a service animal will not be charged a pet fee. Charges may be incurred, however, should a service animal damage the rental unit.
Reservation & Payment Policies
- Your credit card will be charged Itinerary Total prior to arrival, up to a maximum deposit of one night rack rate. Any remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
- Prices and site type are subject to availability.
- The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals.
- If I used a credit card for a deposit, guarantee or payment, I authorize MHC Property Management L.P. to charge any expenses incurred during my stay to that credit card or apply funds you have on deposit with us against what I owe.
- RV sites and lodging typically accommodate four guests. A guest fee is added per day to the reservation rate for each additional guest over four.
Cancellation Policies
- No refunds will be issued for early check-out.
- RV campsites: For stays 1 to 27 days, we allow full refunds for cancellations up to 2 days prior to your arrival date.
- Rental accommodations: For stays 1 to 27 days, we allow full refunds for cancellations 7 days prior to your arrival date. For guests booking a stay in a rental accommodation located in California of 30 or fewer consecutive days, a full refund will be given for reservations cancelled within 24 hours of booking provided the reservation’s arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.
- Long-term or seasonal stays: For stays 28 days to 179 days at an RV campsite or in a rental accommodation, if you cancel or change your reservation up to and including 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will issue a refund for the amounts paid by you. If you cancel your reservation and provide less than the required 45 days’ notice, you will forfeit your deposit amount. For guests booking a long-term or seasonal reservation in a rental accommodation in California (31 days to 179 days), if you cancel or change your reservation up to and including 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will issue a refund for the amounts paid by you. If you cancel your reservation and provide less than the required notice, you forfeit your deposit amount.
Deposit and Payment Schedule
- Mandatory 2 night reservations for weekends and 3 nights for holidays.
- 1 night midweek campsite reservations can be booked
- 1 night campsite reservation for a weekend can only be booked on the day of arrival. (Overrides can only be approved by the Property Ops. Staff)
- 1 night rental reservation can be booked only 48 hours in advance with a $10 surcharge.
