Hours

Check-in/Check-out

• Same day reservations must check in by 6 p.m.
• Minimum check-in age is 18 years.
• Upon check-in you may be asked to provide a valid ID, and a certificate of insurance and registration for your camper. Members should also have their membership card on hand.
• Two-hour early check-in and/or two-hour late check-out for your reservation may be available for $30 each. Please contact the management office to inquire about availability.

Pet Policy

• Leashed pets are always welcome on the campground and in designated rentals.
• Rental Pet Policy: Pets are welcome. For those who camp with pets, there is a pet fee of $10 per pet per night for our pet-friendly rental. The fee may vary at select properties. Service animals are not pets. The Company complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and state/local laws regarding service animals. Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal. Guests traveling with a service animal will not be charged a pet fee. Charges may be incurred, however, should a service animal damage the rental.

Reservation & Payment Policy

• The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals.
• Prices and site type are subject to availability.

Non-Members

• Maximum 6 persons per site. More than 6 persons will require rental of an additional site.
• Extra vehicles (over 1 passenger vehicle) are charged $10 per vehicle, per night.
• Your credit card will be charged Itinerary Total prior to arrival, up to a maximum deposit of one night rack rate. Any remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
• Rates based on 4 people (2 adults/2 children).

Members

• Your credit card will be charged prior to arrival for rental reservations.
• Maximum 10 persons per site. More than 10 persons will require rental of an additional site.
• Members are allowed 2 passenger vehicles. Each vehicle must be driven by a card-carrying member. Extra vehicles are charged $10 for the car and driver.

To make changes to your reservation:

• Non-Members: call our Reservation Department at (541) 593-8494 and specify that you booked your reservation online.
• Members: call our Reservation Department at (800) 288-7245 or log in on ThousandTrails.com and use the “Current Reservation” option to change or cancel your reservation. Changes or cancellations on the first day of the reservation can only be made via phone.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• No shows in rentals are subject to penalty of the equivalent of the Itinerary Total.
• No shows in campsites are subject to a penalty of $32.
• No refunds will be issued for early check out.
• RV campsites: For stays 1 to 27 days, we allow full refunds for cancellations up to 2 days prior to your arrival date.
• Rental accommodations: For stays 1 to 27 days, we allow full refunds for cancellations 7 days prior to your arrival date. For guests booking a stay in a rental accommodation located in California of 30 or fewer consecutive days, a full refund will be given for reservations cancelled within 24 hours of booking provided the reservation’s arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.
• Long-term or seasonal stays: For stays 28 days to 179 days at an RV campsite or in a rental accommodation, if you cancel or change your reservation up to and including 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will issue a refund for the amounts paid by you. If you cancel your reservation and provide less than the required 45 days’ notice, you will forfeit your deposit amount. For guests booking a long-term or seasonal reservation in a rental accommodation in California (31 days to 179 days), if you cancel or change your reservation up to and including 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will issue a refund for the amounts paid by you. If you cancel your reservation and provide less than the required notice, you forfeit your deposit amount.

Campground Services & Information

• While there are no sewer hook-up sites at Bend-Sunriver, we have 2 on-site dump stations available for guests to use.
• USPS no longer delivers to the Bend-Sunriver campground. We accept RV parts and medical supply deliveries only. These parts and supplies must be delivered by UPS/FedEx with pre-approval from the Ranger Station (fee: $5 per package). For all other deliveries, please use general delivery at the Sunriver post office (zip code 97707).
