Our easy-access wooded sites and comfortable rental accommodations make for the perfect home-away-from-home at this Cape May RV campground. Once settled, you will find that our campground offers much to do and see. Off-site, go sight seeing to appreciate the beauty of the old Victorian homes of Cape May, walk on the beach or stroll along the boardwalk. Back at the resort, hang out poolside, test your skill at mini golf or relax under the sun.
This area offers a great selection of things to do while vacationing. Try your luck at deep sea fishing, dine at gourmet restaurants, go whale and dolphin watching or even take a day trip to the free public zoo. Cottage - Deluxe with Covered Porch (Sleeps 6/No Pets)
Our deluxe cottage has a covered porch and 2 bedrooms: one with a full-size bed and TV, the other with a pyramid bunk bed (twin on top, full on the bottom). In the well-equipped kitchen is a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dinnerware. In addition to a sleeper sofa/futon, the living/dining room includes a table that seats 4 and another TV. Cable is available for purchase. The bath has full facilities including a shower/tub combo. Linens are not included; we advise guests to provide their own linens, towels, and blankets. Outside, a picnic table, fire ring, and charcoal grill extend the living space to the outdoors. Gravel parking fits two cars.
No smoking and no pets in these rentals please. Although we do not allow pets in this rental, we do allow service animals and a service animal may have stayed in this cottage.

The jolly old man in red himself is visiting Sea Pines to lead our parade, share storytime, and give gifts to all the believers! Sunday morning brings our first-ever Sea Pines Mummers Parade featuring a kids' Mummer costume and strut contest!

Check-in/Check-out
- Upon check-in you may be asked to provide a valid ID, and a certificate of insurance and registration for your camper. Members should also have their membership card on hand.
- Minimum check-in age is 18 years.
- A two-hour early check-in and/or two-hour late check-out for your reservation may be available, each for an additional fee. If interested in either option, contact the management office in advance of your arrival to inquire about availability. Early check-in/late check-out not available at all locations.
After Hours Arrival
- To ensure a smooth check-in, all guests must arrive by 10 p.m. If you’ll be arriving outside of this time, give us a call during business hours at (845) 626-5521 to make arrangements for a late arrival. If you have made no arrangements for a late arrival, you're welcome to park in front of the campground and check-in the following morning.
Reservations & Payments
- Your credit card will be charged Itinerary Total prior to arrival, up to a maximum deposit of one night rack rate. Any remaining balance is due prior to arrival.
- Prices and site type are subject to availability.
- The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals.
- RV sites and lodging typically accommodate four guests. A guest fee is added per day to the reservation rate for each additional guest over four.
- By using a credit card for a deposit, guarantee or payment, you agree to the following: if I used a credit card for a deposit, guarantee or payment, I authorize MHC Property Management L.P. to charge any expenses incurred during my stay to that credit card or apply funds you have on deposit with MHC Property Management L.P. against what I owe.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Camping is an outdoor experience. As such, we do not give refunds due to the discomfort of nature or for early departures.
- RV campsites: For stays 1 to 27 days, we allow full refunds for cancellations up to 2 days prior to your arrival date.
- Rental accommodations: For stays 1 to 27 days, we allow full refunds for cancellations 7 days prior to your arrival date. For guests booking a stay in a rental accommodation located in California of 30 or fewer consecutive days, a full refund will be given for reservations cancelled within 24 hours of booking provided the reservation’s arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.
- Long-term or seasonal stays: For stays 28 days to 179 days at an RV campsite or in a rental accommodation, if you cancel or change your reservation up to and including 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will issue a refund for the amounts paid by you. If you cancel your reservation and provide less than the required 45 days’ notice, you will forfeit your deposit amount. For guests booking a long-term or seasonal reservation in a rental accommodation in California (31 days to 179 days), if you cancel or change your reservation up to and including 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will issue a refund for the amounts paid by you. If you cancel your reservation and provide less than the required notice, you forfeit your deposit amount.
Pet Policy
- Pets are allowed.
- Rental Pet Policy: Pets are welcome. For those who camp with pets, there is a pet fee of $10 per pet per night for our pet-friendly rental lodging. The fee may vary at select properties. Service animals are not pets. The Company complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and state/local laws regarding service animals. Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal. Guests traveling with a service animal will not be charged a pet fee. Charges may be incurred, however, should a service animal damage the rental lodging.
