Rentals

Cottage - Covered Porch (Sleeps 6/)

Our cottage has a covered screened-in porch and overlooks the lake. In one bedroom is a full-size bed and TV, the other is a bunk bed. In the well-equipped kitchen is a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dinnerware. In addition to a sleeper sofa, the living/dining rooms includes a table that seats 4 and another TV. The bath has full facilities including a shower/tub combo. combo. Linens are not included; we advise guests to provide their own linens, towels, and blankets. Outside, a picnic table, fire ring, and charcoal grill extend the living space to the outdoors. Gravel parking fits two cars.

Cottage - Covered Porch (Sleeps 7/No Pets)

Bed and bath linens are not included. We recommend that guests bring their own bedding and towels.

Cottage - Loft (Sleeps 6)

These rentals sleep 6 (4 adults/2 children) and include one bedroom with a queen bed, one loft with 2 single mattresses and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. BBQ Weekend

Starts: 07/11/2025 - Ends: 07/13/2025

Get ready for a sizzling BBQ Weekend! Friday features capture the flag at 6 p.m., followed by adult swim from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday starts with our Kids Cooking Series at 10 a.m., where we'll create cucumber sail boats. Join the fun with a hula hoop competition at noon and kids' cornhole tournament at 2 p.m. Gather with fellow campers for our community BBQ dinner at 4 p.m., then enjoy a movie with our special popcorn bar at 8 p.m. Sunday brings more excitement with twister at 10 a.m., Christmas ceramics at noon, and our chocolate tug of war at 2 p.m.

Wet and Wild Weekend #1

Starts: 07/18/2025 - Ends: 07/20/2025

Cool off with our Wet and Wild Weekend! Begin Friday with ice cream bar bingo at 7 p.m. Saturday starts with kids' swim time from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., followed by our Kids Can Cook Series at 11 a.m., where we'll create watermelon pizza. Don't miss the fire truck visit at noon, then enjoy our water slide at 1 p.m. and water wagon wars at 4 p.m. Complete your weekend with refreshing snow cones by the pool Sunday at 1 p.m.

Christmas in July

Starts: 07/25/2025 - Ends: 07/27/2025

Celebrate the magic of Christmas in July with us! Friday kicks off with site decorating and an Elf on the Shelf scavenger hunt at 6 p.m., followed by "The Polar Express" screening with a hot chocolate bar at 8 p.m. Saturday brings a full day of holiday cheer: write letters to Santa at 10 a.m., help decorate our community Christmas tree and snowman at 11 a.m., craft ornaments at noon, and visit with Santa in the Rec Hall at 2 p.m. Join our snowball fight at 3 p.m., then learn the site decorating winners at 4 p.m. Evening festivities include a Christmas photo booth at 5 p.m., cookie exchange at 6 p.m., and a magical wagon ride through our wonderland at 7 p.m. Sunday features our Kids Can Cook Series with gingerbread house making at 10 a.m., community meeting at 11 a.m., and spread holiday cheer by doing a good deed for your neighbor at noon to earn a special ticket!

Happy New Year Weekend

Ring in the New Year with a weekend of celebrations! Friday evening features New Year's Eve ball decorating at 7 p.m., followed by scratch-off bingo at 8:30 p.m. Saturday's festivities begin at 10 a.m. with our Kids Can Cook Series, creating chocolate-covered pretzels. Join us for New Year's word scrabble at noon, confetti party popper making at 1 p.m., and our Jingle in the Trunk game at 3 p.m. Create lasting memories with time capsule making at 5 p.m., then enjoy our glow-in-the-dark kids' NYE party in the Rec Hall from 6 to 8 p.m. Adults can mingle at our appetizer party from 9 to 10 p.m. Start the new year boldly with our Polar Bear Plunge at the pool Sunday at 9:30 a.m., followed by a kids' nature walk at 11 a.m.

Carnival Weekend

Starts: 08/08/2025 - Ends: 08/10/2025

Join us for an action-packed Carnival Weekend! Start Friday evening with candy bar bingo at 6 p.m. Saturday brings our Kids Can Cook Series at 10 a.m., where we'll make frozen banana ice cream sandwiches. Don't miss our Annual Carnival from 12 to 3 p.m., followed by adult swim from 7 to 9 p.m. The fun continues Sunday with a Marshmallow Scoop Game at 11 a.m. and a marshmallow stack competition at 12 noon, then wrap up the weekend with family volleyball at 1 p.m.

Wet and Wild Weekend #2

Starts: 08/15/2025 - Ends: 08/17/2025

Beat the heat at our Wet and Wild Weekend! Friday starts with kids' swim time from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., followed by adult bingo at 7:30 p.m. Saturday brings excitement with a fire truck visit at 11 a.m., water wagon wars at 3 p.m., and more water games at 5 p.m. Cap off the fun with our pool party from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

Zoo to You Weekend

Starts: 08/22/2025 - Ends: 08/24/2025

Get wild with our Zoo to You Weekend! Start Friday with animal trivia at 6 p.m., followed by adult swim from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday begins with our Kids Can Cook Series at 10 a.m., featuring mini chicken and waffles. Experience our special Zoo to You program at noon, then create button snails at 4 p.m. Join us for kickball at 6 p.m. and end the day with a movie and popcorn bar in the Rec Hall at 7 p.m. Don't miss our community meeting Sunday at 11 a.m.

Labor Day Weekend

Starts: 08/29/2025 - Ends: 09/01/2025

Join us for a fun-filled Labor Day Weekend! Friday evening features back-to-school bingo at 7 p.m., followed by adult scratch-off bingo at 8 p.m. Saturday kicks off with our craft and yard sale from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., alongside bubble mania at 10 a.m. Learn to make homemade applesauce at noon, then enjoy a wagon ride at 3 p.m. and cornhole competition at 5 p.m. Sunday starts with fishing tournament registration at 8:30 a.m., with the tournament running from 9 a.m. to noon. Enjoy poolside music with our DJ, then gather for a community campfire at 7 p.m. Round out the holiday weekend Monday morning with danish and coffee in the Rec Hall at 10 a.m.

Tailgate Weekend

Starts: 09/05/2025 - Ends: 09/07/2025

Score big at our Tailgate Weekend! Join us Saturday for kids' pool games at 10 a.m., followed by multi-size ball games at the volleyball area at noon. Test your skills at our hanging donut competition at 2 p.m., then get creative coloring footballs at 4 p.m. Gather for our tailgate party at the Rec Hall at 5 p.m., then wrap up the day with our field goal washer game at 7 p.m.

Chili Cook Off Weekend

Starts: 09/12/2025 - Ends: 09/14/2025

Game on for our Chili Cook Off Weekend! Start Friday evening with Yahtzee in the Rec Hall at 6 p.m. Saturday brings the excitement of life-size Monopoly at 10 a.m. and jumbo Jenga at noon, followed by capture the flag at 3 p.m. Show off your cooking skills at our chili cook off contest at 5 p.m., then wrap up the day with a cozy movie and ice cream in the Rec Hall at 7 p.m.

Welcome Fall Weekend

Starts: 09/19/2025 - Ends: 09/21/2025

Welcome autumn at the campground! Start your Saturday with an invigorating morning hike at 10 a.m., followed by kids' choice crafts at noon. Join us at 2 p.m. to create festive fall gnomes. Remember to attend our community meeting Sunday at 10:30 a.m.

Friendsgiving Weekend

Starts: 09/26/2025 - Ends: 09/28/2025

We're looking forward to a weekend of fun and togetherness at the campground! We'll start Friday evening with family bingo at 7 p.m., where everyone can enjoy the excitement. On Saturday, get creative with a Thanksgiving craft at 11 a.m., and then gather with fellow campers at 5 p.m. for a warm and welcoming community Thanksgiving meal.

Halloween Weekend #1

Starts: 10/03/2025 - Ends: 10/05/2025

Join us for spooktacular Halloween fun! Start Friday at 6 p.m. with a special wagon ride to plant pumpkin seeds. On Saturday, take a wagon ride to the pumpkin patch at noon, then show your creativity with pumpkin painting at 1:30 p.m. Don your best costume for our contest at 3 p.m., followed by trick-or-treating at 4 p.m. Cap off the festivities with our Halloween party at 6 p.m.

Halloween Weekend #2

Starts: 10/10/2025 - Ends: 10/12/2025

Closing Weekend

Starts: 10/24/2025 - Ends: 10/26/2025

As we wrap up our 2025 season on October 26 at 12 p.m., please consider donating any non-expired, non-perishable food items to the Welcome Center for our Community Church donation drive - last year, our generous campers donated 13 bags of food! Remember to disconnect all utilities (water, electric, and septic) before departure, and note that fires are not permitted on the final day. Thank you for another wonderful season, and we look forward to welcoming you back in spring!

General Policies

  • Rental check-in: 4 p.m.
  • Check-out: 11 a.m.

Check-in/Check-out

  • Upon check-in you may be asked to provide a valid ID, and a certificate of insurance and registration for your camper.
  • Members should also have their membership card on hand.
  • Minimum check-in age is 18 years.
  • Leashed pets are always welcome at the campground; but are not allowed in our rentals. However, we do allow service animals and a service animal may have stayed in a rental.
  • For late arrival arrangements, please contact our Reservation Department at (609) 465-4517.
  • Early check-in and/or late check-out may be available for an additional fee. If interested in either option, contact the management office in advance of your arrival to inquire about availability.

Pet Policy

  • Leashed pets are always welcome at the campground.
  • Rental Pet Policy: Pets are welcome. For those who camp with pets, there is a pet fee of $10 per pet per night for our pet-friendly rental units. The fee may vary at select properties. Service animals are not pets. The Company complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and state/local laws regarding service animals. Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal. Guests traveling with a service animal will not be charged a pet fee. Charges may be incurred, however, should a service animal damage the rental unit.

Reservation & Payment Policies

  • Your credit card will be charged Itinerary Total prior to arrival, up to a maximum deposit of one night rack rate. Any remaining balance will be due on arrival.
  • Prices and site type are subject to availability. 
  • The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals. 
  • RV sites and lodging typically accommodate four guests. A guest fee is added per day to the reservation rate for each additional guest over four.
  • If I used a credit card for a deposit, guarantee or payment, I authorize MHC Property Management L.P. to charge any expenses incurred during my stay to that credit card or apply funds you have on deposit with us against what I owe.

Cancellation Policies

  • In the case of multiple sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each site that is cancelled or changed. 
  • No refunds will be issued for early check-out. 
  • RV campsites: For stays 1 to 27 days, we allow full refunds for cancellations up to 2 days prior to your arrival date.
  • Rental accommodations: For stays 1 to 27 days, we allow full refunds for cancellations 7 days prior to your arrival date. For guests booking a stay in a rental accommodation located in California of 30 or fewer consecutive days, a full refund will be given for reservations cancelled within 24 hours of booking provided the reservation’s arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.
  • Long-term or seasonal stays: For stays 28 days to 179 days at an RV campsite or in a rental accommodation, if you cancel or change your reservation up to and including 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will issue a refund for the amounts paid by you. If you cancel your reservation and provide less than the required 45 days’ notice, you will forfeit your deposit amount. For guests booking a long-term or seasonal reservation in a rental accommodation in California (31 days to 179 days), if you cancel or change your reservation up to and including 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will issue a refund for the amounts paid by you. If you cancel your reservation and provide less than the required notice, you forfeit your deposit amount.
