Tiny House - Hemingway (Sleeps 4/No Pets)
Hemingway has a ladder accessible loft which houses a queen bed. On the first floor, there's a full bed with ocean views, perfect for the kids to wake up to the ocean. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, toaster, and all of the cookware and dinnerware you'll need while staying at Sunshine Key. Hemingway also features a small balcony where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a family meal while taking in views of the ocean. Outside a BBQ grill and patio table extend the living space to the outdoors. The full bath has a 36x36 standing shower. Hemingway is a writer by trade and finds inspiration while sitting on the balcony, taking in the ocean breeze.

Tiny House - Isla (Sleeps 6/No Pets)
Isla has two stair accessible lofts, one with a queen bed and one that houses a queen bed and a twin bed. In the living area, the sleeper sofa converts to a twin bed. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, toaster, and all of the cookware and dinnerware you'll need while staying at Sunshine Key. Outside a BBQ grill and picnic table extend the living space to the outdoors. The full bath has a shower and tub. Isla is a true nature lover and seafarer, and enjoys soaking up the sun with a salty breeze blowing by.
Tiny House - Kai (Sleeps 3/No Pets)
Kai has a stair accessible loft with a queen bed. In the living area, the sleeper sofa converts to a twin bed. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, toaster, and all of the cookware and dinnerware you'll need while staying at Sunshine Key. The large garage door window opens to provide unrivaled views of the ocean. Outside a BBQ grill and picnic table extend the living space to the outdoors. The full bath has a 36x36 standing shower. Kai is a fan of all water sports and he can't stay away from the beach and ocean views.

Tiny House - Lucy (Sleeps 6/No Pets)
Lucy has two stair accessible lofts, one with a queen bed and one that houses a queen bed and a twin bed. In the living area, the sleeper sofa converts to a twin bed. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, toaster, and all of the cookware and dinnerware you'll need while staying at Sunshine Key. Outside a BBQ grill and picnic table extend the living space to the outdoors. The full bath has a shower and tub. Lucy has a sunny disposition and is making friends at every turn. With views like these, can you blame her for being so positive?

Tiny House - Pearl (Sleeps 3/No Pets)
Pearl has a stair accessible loft that houses a queen bed. Also upstairs, the sleeper sofa converts to a twin bed. The airy kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, toaster, breakfast nook, and all of the cookware and dinnerware you'll need while staying at Sunshine Key. Outside a BBQ grill and picnic table extend the living space to the outdoors. The bath has a 32x32 shower, but no tub. Pearl can typically be found tackling another Pinterest project at home, or admiring views of the water from her kitchen windows.

Vacation Camper - 1 Bedroom (Sleeps 4/No Pets)
This beautifully appointed one bedroom travel trailer features all the comforts of home. The king size bedroom has its own air conditioning, full closet, dresser and direct access to the full 3-piece pass through bathroom. The island kitchen has a full size refrigerator, stove/oven, and microwave. It is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, knife block and the accessories needed for daily cooking. Also included are pots and pans, plates, glasses, silverware, and utensils. Just off the 4-piece dining area are two reclining leather chairs for relaxing before the fireplace and television. The living area also features a queen size sofa sleeper. Linens included. Leave your cares behind and enjoy all our island oasis has to offer.
No pets in these rentals please. Although we do not allow pets in them, we do allow service animals and a service animal may have stayed in one of our vacation trailers.

Hours
- Check-in time for rentals (cottages, travel trailers, and hotel): 4 p.m.
- Check-in time for RVs: 12 noon
- Check-out time (all): 11 a.m.
- You may request to check-out at 3 p.m. (subject to availability) for an additional fee. Advance arrangement with the registration office is required.
Check-in/Check-out
- Minimum check-in age is 18 years.
- Guests aged 12 years and under at the time of check-in are considered children.
- Two-hour early check-in for your reservation may be available for $30. Please contact the management office, in advance of your arrival, to inquire about availability.

After Hours Arrival

RV guests arriving after hours must contact the registration office by 5 p.m. to make special arrangements.
Reservation Policies
- The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals.
- RV sites and lodging typically accommodate four guests. A guest fee is added per day to the reservation rate for each additional guest over four.
- Pop-ups and truck campers allowed as long as they are certified RVs. No tents Allowed.
- For late arrival arrangements, please contact our Reservation Department at (800) 852-0348.
- To make changes to your reservation, please call our Reservation Department at (877) 864-2728 and specify that you booked your reservation online.
- Policies subject to change without notice.
- Long Term (aka seasonal, extended stay) is defined as a stay of one month or more.
- By using a credit card for a deposit, guarantee or payment, you agree to the following: I authorize MHC Property Management L.P. to charge any expenses incurred during my stay to that credit card or apply funds I have on deposit with MHC Property Management L.P. against what I owe.
Deposit and Payment Schedule
Daily
- Your credit card will be charged one night rack rate prior to arrival.
- Balance due on reservation start date.
1 to 3 Months
- One month deposit, not to exceed $1,000, is due at time of reservation.
- Balance due on reservation start date.
4 to 5 Months
- One month deposit, not to exceed $1,000, is due at time of reservation.
- 50% of balance is due on reservation start date.
- Final balance due on 1st day of 2nd month of reservation.
6 months or longer
- One month deposit, not to exceed $1,000, is due at time of reservation.
- 50% of balance due on reservation start date.
- 25% of balance due on 1st day of 2nd month of reservation.
- Final balance is due on 1st day of 3rd month of reservation.
Annual
- Park Model/Tied Down accommodations - One month deposit is required for new guests.
- RV annuals - One month deposit is required.
- Monthly payment schedule for annual reservations is subject to good credit history and credit card agreement on file.
- The method of payment for deposits is credit or debit card. If deposit is made in person, cash and/or check are acceptable.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Refunds will not be granted for no shows or for early departure.
- RV campsites: For stays 1 to 27 days, we allow full refunds for cancellations up to 2 days prior to your arrival date.
- Rental accommodations: For stays 1 to 27 days, we allow full refunds for cancellations 7 days prior to your arrival date. For guests booking a stay in a rental accommodation located in California of 30 or fewer consecutive days, a full refund will be given for reservations cancelled within 24 hours of booking provided the reservation’s arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.
- Long-term or seasonal stays: For stays 28 days to 179 days at an RV campsite or in a rental accommodation, if you cancel or change your reservation up to and including 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will issue a refund for the amounts paid by you. If you cancel your reservation and provide less than the required 45 days’ notice, you will forfeit your deposit amount. For guests booking a long-term or seasonal reservation in a rental accommodation in California (31 days to 179 days), if you cancel or change your reservation up to and including 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will issue a refund for the amounts paid by you. If you cancel your reservation and provide less than the required notice, you forfeit your deposit amount.
Pet Policy
- Pets are permitted.
- No more than two (2) common household pets (e.g., cats and dogs) may be kept on any site. No other animals, livestock, poultry, reptiles or insects of any kind shall be kept on any site. No dangerous, aggressive or poisonous pets of any kind are permitted.

- Pet policy for rental accommodations: Pets are welcome. For those who camp with pets, there is a pet fee of $10 per pet per night for our pet-friendly rental units. The fee may vary at select properties. Service animals are not pets. The Company complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and state/local laws regarding service animals. Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal. Guests traveling with a service animal will not be charged a pet fee. Charges may be incurred, however, should a service animal damage the rental unit.
Campground Services & Information
- Although we try our best to accommodate our guests, we cannot guarantee a specific site number.
- No smoking allowed in rentals.
- Pets allowed in specified rentals only.
- High speed Internet provided by Jabba Internet for a fee.
- All boat trailers and jet skis must be registered at the Front Desk at check-in.
- Metered electric is charged to all guests staying 1 month or longer.
- Please do not use toilet chemicals that contain formaldehydes as they damage our treatment plant.
- Sites are for registered guests only. Subletting sites is not permitted.
- Only electric golf carts allowed. All guests must register their golf carts upon arrival and must be a licensed driver to operate a golf cart on property. Gas powered golf carts are not allowed.
- The following flags are allowed to be displayed at your site and throughout the campground/resort: American, Canadian, Military, including Air Force, Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Coast Guard, POW, MIA, and veterans, sports and decorative flags such as holiday, seasonal or garden.
