Hours

• RV Site check-in: 12 noon
• Rental check-in: 4 p.m.
• RV Site / Rental check-out: 11 a.m.
• Office Hours: Daily, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• Quiet Hours: Daily, 10 p.m. - 8 a.m.
• Office Hours: Sun - Thu, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.; Fri & Sat: 8:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. Hours may vary during holidays & special events and are subject to change.

Check-in/Check-out

• Minimum check-in age is 21 years.
• Guests aged 18 years and under at the time of check-in are considered children.
• Guests must park in the designated area at the front and come into the office to complete the check-in process.
• A two-hour early check-in and/or two-hour late check-out may be available for an additional fee. If interested in either option, contact the management office in advance of your arrival to inquire about availability.

After Hours Arrival

• If your plans change and you need to arrive outside of normal business hours, please refer to your confirmed reservation information.
• If you arrive after hours, you must come into the office the following morning to complete your reservation payment.

Reservation & Rates

• Mandatory two night reservations required for weekends and 3 nights for holidays.
• Single night midweek campsite reservations may be booked.
• Prices and site type are subject to availability.
• The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals.
• RV sites and lodging typically accommodate four guests. A guest fee is added per day to the reservation rate for each additional guest over four.
• To make changes to your reservation please call our Reservation Department at (877) 864-2728 and specify that you booked your reservation online.

Deposit & Payment Schedule

• By using a credit card for a deposit, guarantee or payment, you agree to the following: if I used a credit card for a deposit, guarantee or payment, I authorize MHC Property Management L.P. to charge any expenses incurred during my stay to that credit card or apply funds you have on deposit with MHC Property Management L.P. against what I owe.

Daily/Weekly Stays

• Your credit card will be charged a deposit of one night rack rate. Any remaining balance is due prior to arrival.

Extended Stays

• For all stays of one month or longer, a one month deposit up to a maximum deposit of $750 is required at the time of reservation. See below for information about remaining balances.
• Electricity is an additional charge.

1 to 3 Months

• Balance due on reservation start date.

4 to 5 Months

• 50% of balance is due on reservation start date.
• Final balance due on 1st day of 2nd month of reservation.

6 Months or longer

• 50% of balance due on reservation start date.
• 25% of balance due on 1st day of 2nd month of reservation.
• Final balance is due on 1st day of 3rd month of reservation.

Annual

• Park Model/Tied Down camper: one month deposit is required for new guests.
• RV annuals: one month deposit is required.
• Monthly payment schedule for annual reservations is subject to good credit history and credit card agreement on file.
• The method of payment for deposits is credit or debit card. If a deposit is made in person, cash and/or check are acceptable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• In the case of multiple sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each site that is cancelled or changed.
• No refunds will be issued for early check-out.
• RV campsites: For stays 1 to 27 days, we allow full refunds for cancellations up to 2 days prior to your arrival date.
• Rental accommodations: For stays 1 to 27 days, we allow full refunds for cancellations 7 days prior to your arrival date. For guests booking a stay in a rental accommodation located in California of 30 or fewer consecutive days, a full refund will be given for reservations cancelled within 24 hours of booking provided the reservation’s arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.
• Long-term or seasonal stays: For stays 28 days to 179 days at an RV campsite or in a rental accommodation, if you cancel or change your reservation up to and including 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will issue a refund for the amounts paid by you. If you cancel your reservation and provide less than the required 45 days’ notice, you will forfeit your deposit amount. For guests booking a long-term or seasonal reservation in a rental accommodation in California (31 days to 179 days), if you cancel or change your reservation up to and including 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will issue a refund for the amounts paid by you. If you cancel your reservation and provide less than the required notice, you forfeit your deposit amount.

Pet Policy

• Pets are permitted.
• No more than two (2) common household pets (e.g., cats and dogs) may be kept on any site. No other animals, livestock, poultry, reptiles, or insects of any kind shall be kept on any site. No dangerous, aggressive, or poisonous pets of any kind are permitted.

• Pet policy for rental accommodations: Pets are welcome. For those who camp with pets, there is a pet fee of $10 per pet per night for our pet-friendly rental units. The fee may vary at select properties. Service animals are not pets. The Company complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and state/local laws regarding service animals. Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal. Guests traveling with a service animal will not be charged a pet fee. Charges may be incurred, however, should a service animal damage the rental unit.

WiFi

• Pay by the day, week or month for WiFi at camp site or rental.

Campground Services & Information

• Cabin rentals do not include linen such as sheets, towels, or blankets. Linen packs are available for a one-time additional charge of $15 per bed; pack includes one set of sheets, a towel set, and a blanket.
• Cable TV: Free & included on RV sites and in rentals.
• RV Storage: $138+ per month. Only available to guest with reservations.
• Only electric golf carts allowed. All guests must register their golf carts upon arrival and must be a licensed driver to operate a golf cart on property. Gas powered golf carts/ATVs are not allowed.
• Speed limit is 5 mph on side roads & 10 mph on main roads
• No work trucks, heavy equipment, or commercial equipment is permitted at the resort.
• Older RVs over 10 years must be approved by the resort manager.
• Car dollies, trailers, boats, flatbed trailers, etc. are not allowed on site and must be stored inside our storage for a fee of $12 plus tax per night.
• A utility deposit is required for stays of 28 days or more. Utility fees will be assessed in accordance with current metering and fee collection standards.
• Smoking in rentals is prohibited.
• RV sites must be organized and free of clutter. Please see More Guidelines above for details.
• Maximum of 6 people per site (includes guest, kids, and their visitors). Guest must register visitors prior to arrival.
• Each site is limited to two vehicles. Any additional vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
